It will cover the most significant musical Catalan genres in terms of movement genuinity that motivate. Specifically, in various pieces of the traditional repertoire, treated at the generic level, the ball pla, jota, the contrapàs and Catalan rumba – as well as related derivatives. The collective work of this repertoire is always in the omnipresence of oral language and improvisation. It A special attention will be payed to the experimentation of the ritmicoharmònic accompaniment of each genre based on their functionality in the dance.
